Resolution #2025-12

A resolution stating approval by the Village of Forest Council to amend the previous appropriation measures.

WHEREAS, it is necessary and in the interest of the Village of Forest for the Fiscal Officer to pay necessary expenses.

WHEREAS; The normal revenue in the Sewer Fund is not sufficient to meet the expense obligations needed.

BE IT RESOLVED: The Council of the Village of Forest approves the attached Supplemental

Appropriations that reflect increases in revenue and appropriations for General and Sewer Operating Fund.

1. 1000 General Fund- To amend the General Fund Appropriations to allow for a transfer of $30,000 to Sewer Operating Fund and to approve the transfer of said funds.
2. 5102 Sewer Operating- Received loans of $203,648.23 to pay for Wessler Engineering.
3. 5102 Sewer Operating – Increase the Appropriations for the Sewer Fund for the payment of $203,648.23.

That the Council of the Village of Forest, Ohio by a three-fourths vote of all members elected to thereto, suspend the rules and passed this Resolution upon its first reading, and the same shall take effect on 11/24/25.
