Welcome to the Village of Forest, Ohio

Forest Village Council met on August 27, 2026, with all 7 members eventually present. In executive session, the council terminated J. Rinehammer as Village Administrator and appointed Jamie Davis as interim replacement, then passed emergency Ordinance 2026-06 setting new sewer rates. Committee reports covered fire hydrant repairs, park vandalism, and upcoming appropriations work with the Fiscal Officer.

Village of Forest Council held a special meeting on August 6, 2026 to discuss sewer system funding. The council voted to move forward with lagoon treatment facility design and construction, and to keep pursuing a gravity system to replace the vacuum sewer system.
