The Village of Forest provides water and wastewater service to its residents and businesses.
The Village employs a licensed water and wastewater supervisor to insure that water quality and wastewater treatment are in compliance with federal, state, and local law, including regulations adopted by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.
Our refuse and recycling service are handled by Rumpke Services. Your refuse service will continue to be billed on your monthly utility bill from the Village of Forest.
All bills are are mailed on the 1st of each month. They are due by the 10th**. Any payment received after the 10th is assessed a 15% late fee.

**If the 10th of the month falls on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday – any payment in the drop box as of 8:00 a.m. the following business day will be accepted as on time. Anything dropped after 8:00 a.m. the following business day, will be assessed a late fee.
Any account in disconnect, CAN NOT be paid online, you must call the office 419-273-2500 or pay in person during regular business hours.
