Update on utility bills and water testing

We have been working diligently on correcting utility and meter issues. With some bills that have been sent out, charges did not show up on the itemized list. However, they were included in the total bill. Also, the bills show the due date is 11/9/25, but they are due on 11/10/25.

GWorks has let us know there is a current issue with payee’s user accounts. Accounts may show a past due that has been paid. The most accurate utility information will be on your invoice from our office. If you have questions regarding what is due, please give us a call.

Finally, I wanted to provide an update on the salt increase that was experienced recently. The issue has been identified and resolved. There was a malfunction in the control panels. They have been updated and our department has put additional safeguards in place. Hardness testing for water is being completed three times a week. We are also working on further water testing that is not required by the EPA. We want to ensure that we are doing everything we can to resolve and prevent further issues.
