An Ordinance Repealing Village of Forest, Ohio Ordinance Section 113.03

Whereas, the Village of Forest, Ohio Council desires to repeal a portion of existing Village Ordinance No. 113, Council, specifically repealing Ordinance 113.03, Council Members Exempt from Two Percent Annual Salary Penalty for Absence.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Forest, Ohio:

SECTION I. This Ordinance shall hereby repeal the existing Village of Forest Ordinance Section 113.03 entitled Council Members Exempt from Two Percent Annual Salary Penalty for Absence.

SECTION II. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
