Resolution #2026-03

A resolution of the council of the village of Forest, Ohio authorizing the permanent appropriations for 2026 fiscal year.

WHEREAS, under the provisions of the Constitution of Ohio Governing Municipal Corporations, the Council is authorizing the permanent appropriations for fiscal year 2026.

WHEREAS, it is necessary and in the best interest of the Village of Forest, State of Ohio, to adopt this resolution for financing for the 2026 fiscal year.

WHEREAS, be it resolved by the Council of the Village of Forest, State of Ohio, who find it desirable and prudent to adopt the following permanent appropriations for the current expenses and other expenditures of said village for 2026 fiscal year. The following are approved to be appropriated as attached.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Forest, Hardin County, Ohio: Accepting the 2026 Permanent Appropriations for the Village of Forest, Hardin County, Ohio.
