A Resolution adopting the Village of Forest temporary allocations for the year 2026.
The Council of the Village of Forest, Hardin County, Ohio met in regular session on the 11th day of December, 2025, at the office of the Village of Forest with the following members present:
- Derek Hasting
- Mary Dickinson
- Val Mullholand
- Suzanne Shark
- Loretta Perkins
- Jerrie Whitling
Valerie Mullholand moved and Loretta Perkins seconded approval of 2026 Temporary Allocations for the Village of Forest of the following resolution:
WHEREAS, This Council in accordance with the provisions of law has adopted a Tax Budget for the next succeeding fiscal year commencing January 1st, 2026.
BE IT RESOLVED: By the Council of the Village of Forest, Hardin County, Ohio, that the amounts and rates, as determined by the Vi II age of Forest Fiscal Officer are hereby accepted.
BE IT RESOLVED: That the Village of Forest Fiscal Officer is hereby directed to certify the temporary allocations for 2026 and a copy of this Resolution to the County Auditor of said county.
