The US 30 Industrial Park is a 75 acre site available for development located in the Northwest corner of the village. The site is located along side State Route 37 and is less than 1 mile from the four lane interchange of the State Route 30 corridor. this interchange is 25 miles from Interstate 75 and 65 miles from Interstate 71 located in Mansfield, Ohio.
The Forest Grove Industrial Site is a 38 acre site located in the northeast corner of the Village. This site provides a high traffic area, as the Rail America Lines run adjacent to the property along Sandusky St. The site is conveniently located 25 miles west of Interstate 75, 2 miles south of U.S. Highway 30, and just a few blocks from State Routes 37 and 53.
The Lincolnway Industrial Site is a 240 acre site available for development, located in the northern most section of the Village of Forest. Another high traffic area, the Rail America Lines run within a 3/4 mile of this site. Located 25 miles west of Interstate 75, 1/2 mile south of U.S. Highway 30, and 1/2 mile from State Routes 37 and 53.
