Citizen’s Comments: Call 419-273-2500 to be added to agenda

Old Business:  Status of Rumpke contract; Review of ordinances show that Forest already passed a resolution to move meeting times to 7PM so no additional action is needed at this time.

New Business:  Need to revise trash ordinance with new rates and projected increases from Rumpke

Service:  Discussed trash pick up and current ordinances surrounding them, discussed CDL licenses, Jay is working on refined process for water shut off, Need to meet with tree commission; Rate Study/Wessler still in process – no news yet, continued discussions on water operator pay increase

Fiscal Officer: Utility billing accuracy continues to be a focus.  Have had meetings virtually with new provider with estimated go-live in December.  Working on reducing estimated bills.  Continuing to work on our website.
