Resolution #2026-04

A resolution of the council of the village of Forest, Ohio authorizing supplemental appropriations for 2026 fiscal year amending the permanent appropriations.

WHEREAS, under the provisions of the Constitution of Ohio Governing Municipal Corporations, the Council is authorizing the amendment of permanent appropriations for fiscal year 2026, for the 5101 Water Operating Fund. The appropriations for Water Operating revenue to increase from $305,000 to $320,000.

WHEREAS, it is necessary and in the best interest of the Village of Forest, State of Ohio, to adopt this resolution for financing for the 2026 fiscal year.

WHEREAS, be it resolved by the Council of the Village of Forest, State of Ohio, who find it desirable and prudent to amend the following permanent appropriations for the 5101 Water Operating Fund, to increase revenue for services to increase from $305,000 to $320,000.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Forest, Hardin County, Ohio: Accepting amendment for the 2026 Permanent Appropriations for the Village of Forest, Hardin County, Ohio.
