ORDINANCE NO. 1677
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1664
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF FOREST, HARDIN COUNTY, OHIO:
SECTION I. Pay Classifications and Wage Schedules. The following wage schedule is amended.
Part-Time Salaried:
1. Fire Chief $400.00 to $625.00 per quarter
SECTION III. Bonds shall be held in the following minimum amounts by the following officials.
7. The Chief of Police shall hold bond in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00) to be paid from the General Fund.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force and after the earliest period allowed by law.
