AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING FUNDS
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF FOREST, STATE OF OHIO:
SECTION I. The Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of Forest is hereby authorized to transfer the following money within the General Fund:

SECTION V. The Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of Forest is hereby authorized to transfer the following money within the Sewer Fund:

SECTION VI: The Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of Forest is hereby authorized to transfer the following money within the Utility Deposit Fund:

SECTION VII: The Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of Forest is hereby authorized to transfer the following money within the Solid Waste Fund:
$1000.00 from Account No. 610.501.52301 to Account No. 610.508.52431
SECTION V. This ordinance shall be an emergency measure, the particular emergency being the immediate need to meet the financial obligations of the Village. Therefore, for the immediate and best protection of the public peace, health, and safety, this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
